Hello fam, this is my first crack at blogging so go easy on the kid. I decided to start a blog to post my poetry and artwork and get the opinion of the masses, I like creative criticism, voice your opinion please. But if you cross the line I will fry your ass.
Well a lil background on War, I'm a 31 yr old artist from DC, former college athlete that fell in love with spoken word going through lifes trials and tribulations. Poetry has helped me deal with good and bad, and I hope my work can inspire and help folks through the daily battle called life, its a war going on and its how you handle your daily obstacles that gives you the power to persevere and have a happy,enjoyable life.
What I plan to do is post my poems along with artwork I designed that depicts the story my peice is trying to tell. I will post a few of my newer writings first, enjoy and please give me your feed back.
